A reprint of a series of articles published in the 1983 in the Abilene Reflector-Chronicle. The articles are based on data taken from the diaries of J. B. Edwards, a pioneer merchant who lived in the area during the famous Chisholm Trail cattle boom and bust days. Edwards lived to be 106 and was the last man alive who know Wild Bill Hickok personally, and didn't mince any words in confirming he was a disappointment as City Marshal. Quantity Available: 1.
